Team Run Wales

We are thrilled to announce that we have 50 free spaces to give away for Cardiff’s newest running event – the Cardiff Bay 10k 2017 which will be held on 02/04/2017. We are looking for 10 teams of 5 to be part of Team Run Wales, all teams must be registered Run Wales Social Running groups.

Teams will all receive;

• a free space in the race
• training plans and access to an online Run Wales support network
• an invitation to a training evening, hosted by an endurance expert offering hints and tips
• a finishers T-shirt
• team prizes (various category prizes up for grabs!)

How to Win a Free Space

The 50 spaces will be distributed via social media, our website and local community groups in Wales. So make sure you’re following Run Wales on Facebook (IRunWales) and Twitter (@runwales) where we’ll announce the opening of the competition – COMPETITION NOW OPEN!
To be eligible to enter the competition your team has to be registered as a social running group on Run Wales – if you’re not sure if you’re group is on there, check out the database at http://irun.wales/find-a-group/

If you’re not on the database, fear not! Sign up the group today at http://irun.wales/new-group-sign/ and get involved!
All we ask then is that you comment on our Facebook Post or on Twitter to nominate your team, stating a reason why you think we should give your group the free space – what makes your group the best? Remember to use the hashtag #werunwales #rhedegcymru so we can track your entry.

Competition closes on January 22nd 2017.

If you’d like to know more about this opportunity, or would rather submit your nomination by email, please contact: Sioned.jones@runwales.org.uk
