{"id":2711,"date":"2017-05-25T08:58:18","date_gmt":"2017-05-25T08:58:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/irun.wales\/?p=2711\/"},"modified":"2017-05-25T08:58:18","modified_gmt":"2017-05-25T08:58:18","slug":"and-the-winner-is","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/irun.wales\/cy\/newyddion\/and-the-winner-is\/","title":{"rendered":"And the winner is&#8230;."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Gr\u0175p rhedeg cymdeithasol ardal Llandrindod, <em>Just Move, <\/em>oedd enillwyr cyntaf <em>Gr\u0175p Rhedeg Cymdeithasol y Flwyddyn <\/em>yn seremoni Wobrwyo Athletau Cymru neithiwr.<!--more-->Sefydlwyd <em>Just Move<\/em> ym mis Medi 2015 gyda chefnogaeth Rhedeg Cymru fel gr\u0175p Cerdded i Redeg, gan helpu menywod Llandrindod a&#8217;r cyffiniau i gymryd y cam cyntaf tuag at feithrin sgiliau rhedeg.<\/p>\n<p>Ar y dechrau, roedd y menywod yn cael cymorth gan 8 arweinydd lleol Rhedeg a Ffitrwydd, ond erbyn hyn maent wedi uwchsgilio 8 arweinydd ychwanegol i gefnogi&#8217;r nifer cynyddol sy&#8217;n cymryd rhan. Mae <em>Just Move <\/em>yn dilyn rhaglen 10 wythnos sy&#8217;n cefnogi menywod i ddatblygu eu hyder a&#8217;u ffitrwydd gyda&#8217;r nod o redeg 5k ar ddiwedd y cyfnod. Ar \u00f4l cwblhau&#8217;r rhaglen 10 wythnos, bydd y menywod wedyn yn mynd ymlaen i gefnogi&#8217;r menywod nesaf a fydd yn cychwyn ar y siwrnai 10 wythnos.<\/p>\n<p class=\"postSubText\">\u201cErbyn hyn mae gennym ni 4 gr\u0175p sy&#8217;n amrywio o&#8217;r gr\u0175p Cerdded i Redeg i redwyr canolradd sy&#8217;n mynd ymlaen i roi cynnig ar bellterau llawer mwy fel Hanner Marathon.
