Eleni, yw’r flwyddyn gyntaf i Rhedeg Cymru gael ei gategori ei hun yng Ngwobrau Cenedlaethol Athletau Cymru 2016 ac rydym ni’n chwilio am Gr\u0175p Cymdeithasol y Flwyddyn<\/strong><\/p>\n

Rhaglen redeg cymdeithasol Athletau Cymru yw Run Wales ac fe’i datblygwyd i ‘ysbrydoli, annog a chefnogi pob oedolyn yng Nghymru i redeg. Gallwch redeg yn rhad ac am ddim a gall pawb redeg! I ni mae pob ymdrech yn cyfri’ ac nid yw pellter yn bwysig – rydym ni yma i ddathlu’r bobl a’r grwpiau sy’n rhedeg, yn loncian ac yn cerdded eu ffordd tuag at ffordd fwy heini o fyw.<\/p>\n

A pha well ffordd i ddathlu llwyddiant na thrwy roi’r cyfle i grwpiau rhedeg cymdeithasol ennill gwobrwyau am eu holl ymdrechion. Eleni, mae gan Rhedeg Cymru ei gategori ei hun yng Ngwobrau Cenedlaethol Athletau Cymru 2016 ac rydym ni’n chwilio am Gr\u0175p Cymdeithasol y Flwyddyn Rhedeg Cymru. <\/p>\n

Ledled Cymru, o bentrefi bach i drefi a dinasoedd, mae grwpiau sy’n rhedeg gyda’i gilydd. Maent yn rhedeg dros fryniau, traethau, parciau a phalmentydd Cymru ac yn cynnig y cyfle i bawb o bob gallu gerdded, loncian a rhedeg mewn amgylchedd diogel a chyfeillgar. <\/p>\n

Mae rhai yn arbennig o gymdeithasol, rhai yn codi arian i achosion da, rhai yn cael hwyl ar annog pobl i fod yn heini ac aros yn heini. Felly, os ydych chi’n meddwl bod eich gr\u0175p yn haeddu cydnabyddiaeth eleni, rhowch wybod inni!<\/p>\n

Caiff enwebiadau yn y categori hwn ddod gan unrhyw gr\u0175p rhedeg cymdeithasol\/hamdden nad yw’n un o glybiau cyswllt Athletau Cymru. <\/p>\n

Grwpiau sy’n ymgysylltu ag ystod eang o gyfranogwyr yn eu cymuned, gan roi’r cyfle iddynt gerdded, loncian, rhedeg mewn amgylchedd diogel a chefnogol.<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/strong>Grwpiau sydd wedi gweithio i ymgysylltu \u00e2 grwpiau heb gynrychiolaeth ddigonol.<\/p>\n
