\nOnd Dydd Sul nesaf (24ain Ebrill) bydd Hannah yn profi caledwch mewn ffordd gwbl newydd pan fydd hi, ynghyd \u00e2 thua 36,000 o redwyr eraill, yn taclo Marathon hanesyddol Llundain ar gyfer yr elusen Bliss<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Nawr, er mwyn dangos i Hannah pa mor falch yr ydym o’i chyflawniadau hyd yma, credem y byddai’n wych pe tai cynifer ohonom \u00e2 phosibl yn #RhedegGydaHannah<\/strong> y Sul hwn. Nawr peidiwch \u00e2 mynd i banig llwyr, nid yw hyn yn golygu neidio ar fws i Lundain gyda\u2019ch \u2018trainers\u2019 \u2018mlaen ar gyfer y 26.2 milltir. Yr hyn yr hoffem i chi ei wneud yw neilltuo eich rhediad y Sul hwn i Hannah a phob aelod arall o gymuned Rhedeg Cymru sydd yn ymgeisio\u2019r pellter enfawr.<\/p>\n

Yn syml, profwch i ni drwy ddefnyddio cyfryngau cymdeithasol (unai Trydar, Facebook neu Instagram) eich bod wedi rhedeg y diwrnod hynny, gan ddefnyddio\u2019r hashnod #RunWithHannah \/ #RhedegGydaHannah a thagio llun neu gofnod o\u2019ch rhediad.<\/p>\n

‘Ar wah\u00e2n i gefnogi Hannah a nifer helaeth o rhedwyr dewr eraill o gymuned Rhedeg Cymru sydd cymryd rhan ddydd Sul, beth sydd ynddo i mi?’<\/p>\n

Yn ogystal a\u2019r ymdeimlad enfawr o falchder byddwch yn teimlo wrth redeg a chefnogi eich cyd-redwyr, byddwch hefyd yn cael eich cynnwys yn ein cystadleuaeth i ennill un o’n 3 fagiau nwyddau Rhedeg Cymru- mae pob un ohonynt yn cynnwys crysau-t Rhedeg Cymru sydd wedi eu llofnodi gan enillydd Marathon Llundain, Paula Radcliffe!<\/p>\n
