Ddydd Sadwrn 26 Mawrth, cynhelir Pencampwriaethau Hanner Marathon y Byd yr IAAF\/Prifysgol Caerdydd ar strydoedd Caerdydd ac mae\u2019n argoeli i fod yn un o\u2019r digwyddiadau dygnwch mwyaf gafaelgar a llawn bri yn y DU ers blynyddoedd.<\/h2>\n

Cewch redeg yn yr un ras ac ar yr un llwybr \u00e2 rhai o athletwyr gorau\u2019r byd ac ennill eich medal pencampwriaeth y byd eich hun.<\/p>\n

Bydd rhai o redwyr gorau\u2019r byd yn troedio strydoedd Caerdydd fis Mawrth nesaf yn ras el\u00eet yr IAAF sy\u2019n argoeli i fod yn gystadleuol iawn, ac a fydd yn wledd o adloniant a chyffro i wylwyr a rhedwyr fel ei gilydd.<\/p>\n

Mae\u2019r digwyddiad hwn, sy\u2019n agored i bawb, yn gyfle perffaith i redwyr o bob oedran a phob gallu i ddilyn \u00f4l troed pencampwyr mewn ras Pencampwriaeth y Byd.<\/p>\n
