{"id":3499,"date":"2017-07-21T09:51:45","date_gmt":"2017-07-21T09:51:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/irun.wales\/?p=3499\/"},"modified":"2017-07-21T09:51:45","modified_gmt":"2017-07-21T09:51:45","slug":"gwobrau-rhedeg-cymru-yn-ol-ar-gyfer-2017","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/irun.wales\/cy\/newyddion\/gwobrau-rhedeg-cymru-yn-ol-ar-gyfer-2017\/","title":{"rendered":"Gwobrau Rhedeg Cymru yn \u00f4l ar gyfer 2017"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Yn dilyn llwyddiant Gwobrau Cenedlaethol Athletau Cymru 2016, ble ennillodd Just Move o Landrindod \u2018gr\u0175p rhedeg cymdeithasol y flwyddyn\u2019, rydym yn falch o gyhoeddi fod y gwobrau\u2019n \u00f4l eleni.<\/p>\n<p>Ynghyd a dychweliad Gr\u0175p Rhedeg Cymdeithasol y Flwyddyn, mae categori ychwanegol wedi ei gyhoeddi, sef \u2018Arweinydd Rhedeg y flwyddyn\u2019, a dyma gyfle euraidd y rhaglen i ddathlu twf a llwyddiannau rhedeg cymdeithasol yng Nghymru.<\/p>\n<p>Fe ddatblygwyd Rhaglen Rhedeg Cymru gan Athletau Cymru i \u2018ysbrydoli, annog a chefnogi pob oedolyn yng Nghymru i redeg\u2019. Rydym yn dathlu pob ymdrech a waned gan unigolion a grwpiau sy\u2019n rhedeg, loncian a cherdded eu ffordd i fywyd mwy egn\u00efol. A pha well ffordd i ddathlu\u2019r llwyddiannau hynny na gwobrwyo grwpiau ac arweinyddion am eu holl ymdrechion?<\/p>\n<p>Felly, os ydych yn meddwl bod eich gr\u0175p chi neu un o\u2019ch arweinyddion yn haeddu cydnabyddiaeth eleni, dywedwch wrthym!<\/p>\n<p>Dyma sut i wneud enwebiad!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gr\u0175p y Flwyddyn<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Gellir enwebiadau yn y categori hwn ddod o unrhyw grwp rhedeg Cymdeithasol\/hamddenol sy\u2019n ddi-gyswllt ag Athletau Cymru<\/p>\n<p>Efallai y bydd y wobr yn rhoi cydnabyddiaeth i:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grwpiau sy&#8217;n ymgysylltu ag ystod eang o gyfranogwyr yn eu cymuned.<\/li>\n<li>Grwpiau sydd wedi gweithio i ymgysylltu a grwpiau heb gynrychiolaeth ddigonol.<\/li>\n<li>Grwpiau sydd wedi rhoi cyfle i\u2019w haelodau elwa o hyfforddiant penodol, fel; Arweinyddiaeth mewn Rhedeg ar gyfer Ffitrwydd (LIRF), Hyfforddwr Rhedeg ar gyfer Ffitrwydd (CIRF), Cymorth Cyntaf neu unrhyw hyfforddiant perthnasol arall.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Arweinydd Rhedeg Cymru<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Gellir enwebu yn y categori hwn ddod o unrhyw arweinydd Rhedeg cymwysedig sydd wedi ymgymryd \u00e2&#8217;r cymhwyster Arweinyddiaeth Rhedeg ar gyfer Ffitrwydd (LIRF) gyda DBS<\/p>\n<p>Efallai y bydd y wobr yn rhoi cydnabyddiaeth i:<\/p>\n<p>I Arweinydd Rhedeg sy&#8217;n ymgysylltu ag ystod eang o gyfranogwyr yn eu cymuned; eu cefnogi, cymell a hwyluso i gerdded, loncian, a rhedeg mewn amgylchedd diogel.<\/p>\n<p>Mae\u2019r arweinydd wedi gweithio i ymgysylltu grwpiau heb gynrychiolaeth ddigonol.<\/p>\n<p>Sut i wneud cais: <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/welshathletics.org\/clubs\/welsh-athletics-awards-2017.aspx\">http:\/\/welshathletics.org\/clubs\/welsh-athletics-awards-2017.aspx<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Yn dilyn llwyddiant Gwobrau Cenedlaethol Athletau Cymru 2016, ble ennillodd Just Move o Landrindod \u2018gr\u0175p rhedeg cymdeithasol y flwyddyn\u2019, rydym yn falch o gyhoeddi fod y gwobrau\u2019n \u00f4l eleni.
