The event recently celebrated its 5-year anniversary on the 24<sup>th<\/sup> March, which marked the 264<sup>th<\/sup> time the event has taken place after being founded by Liz and Jack Tremlett back in 2013. Over 100 participants turned out for the 5-year anniversary celebrations, with 13 first time parkrunners and 15 new personal best times being recorded. In addition, on the 17<sup>th<\/sup> March the event celebrated National Sleep in Day with up to 70 participants running the 5k course in their pyjamas!<\/p>\n<p>The Llyn Llech Owain parkrun course is run on a mixture of gravel, trail and tarmac paths and offers a scenic course for runners of all abilities.
