She is a qualified Leader in Running fitness and is passionate about supporting women to enjoy running. When lockdown restrictions prevented us from holding our usual social runs, Sharon still wanted to provide this support so she has set up a virtual couch to 5k programme where she keeps in regular touch with runners and holds weekly Zoom group catch up sessions to swap tips, encourage each other and share any struggles. Sharon is a founding member of She Runs: Cardiff and a vital committee member who is always coming up with new ideas for promoting social running and general fitness.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Amazing Sharon, the perfect end to our series!
