{"id":9854,"date":"2021-07-23T13:38:06","date_gmt":"2021-07-23T13:38:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/irun.wales\/?p=9854"},"modified":"2021-07-23T13:38:06","modified_gmt":"2021-07-23T13:38:06","slug":"friday-focus-porth-eirias-runners","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/irun.wales\/cy\/news\/friday-focus-porth-eirias-runners\/","title":{"rendered":"Friday Focus &#8211; Porth Eirias Runners"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>This week we focus in on North Walian group Porth Eirias Runners . . .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"960\" height=\"720\" src=\"http:\/\/irun.wales\/app\/uploads\/PER-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9858\" srcset=\"https:\/\/irun.wales\/app\/uploads\/PER-2.jpg 960w, https:\/\/irun.wales\/app\/uploads\/PER-2-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/irun.wales\/app\/uploads\/PER-2-768x576.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 960px) 100vw, 960px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>As soon as restrictions were eased Porth Eirias Runners were straight back pounding the prom with lots of enthusiasm &amp; smiles!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They returned with a 5 newly qualified leaders, (taking the total to 9 leaders in all) and a new timetable offering lots more classes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The group now offers sessions on a Monday &amp; Wednesday at 6.30am &amp; 6.30pm, these sessions are open for all abilities, you can run, walk, train for a&nbsp; 5k or a marathon!!&nbsp;&nbsp;They also offer Pilates classes for runners along with hill and interval training. On a Thursday evening there is a walking group, usually around&nbsp;the Great Orme and on Saturday at 9am they meet at Llanddulas for their very own (not) The Park Run.
