We are a social and friendly club and welcome all new members. To get you started we wanted to point out some of our key features and things to get you started –

First thing to do is order your vest / T-Shirt. Click here to access our kit pages to order as well as look at our range of additional training and leisure wear.
Forums and your profile
On the left, you will see links to our forums and your profile. First, click on to the profiles tab. Edit your details and upload a picture for yourself. Then you can have a look around all of our forums. Introduce yourself to all of the other fantastic members and get involved in the discussions.
Other sections
Other things to look out for on the site include –
- Member news with all the latest updates and inofmation
- our resources section where you will find loads of useful guides and documents to learn more about running.
- The benefits page, where you will find a whole host of discounts and offers from our preferred suppliers.
- And competitions, where all our regular competitions and draws will take place
