Meet the Team
Catrin Williams, Co-Founder & Run Leader
Running has been a huge part of my life. Over the years it has helped me grow, build confidence, and taught me so many valuable lessons. I've completed many races and enjoyed pushing myself to achieve new goals.
Now, as I've got older, my focus has changed. Running is no longer about chasing personal bests—it's about enjoying every step, being outdoors, and sharing the journey with others.
For the past five years, I've been a running leader, gaining invaluable experience supporting runners of all abilities, especially through Couch to 5K programmes. Watching someone go from believing they can't run to crossing their first finish line is one of the most rewarding experiences.
My passion now is helping women discover the joy of running. Whether you're taking your very first steps, returning after a break, or simply want to run for fun, my goal is to provide a friendly, supportive community where every achievement is celebrated.
Running isn't just about the miles—it's about confidence, friendship, laughter, and believing in yourself. That's what I want to help others discover as we enjoy the journey together.
