Summer Running


Summary of Group:

Our group is for beginners and improvers of any ability. Runners who want to run with others for fun and to improve their running.

We meet twice during the week plus a weekend. We enter races as a group.

I am a Welsh Athletics coach and have been running for 18 years, I hope to maintain and grow a supportive group that is positive, inclusive, challenging and fun.

Members of the group simply pay £30 per 8 week block and can participate in as many of the runs as they like during that time.

Activity: Continuous (Run 1-6 miles) Gender: Mixed
Warm up, run, strength and conditioning

 

Day: Wednesday Time: 18:30 Level: Mixed Ability
Location: Aberaeron Cost: Incl. in 8 week membership
Activity: Group Speed Work Gender: Mixed
Warm Up, running repetitions 400-1k efforts - total effort around 3k, Strength and conditioning

 

Day: Saturday Time: 08:30 Level: Mixed Ability
Location: Llanerchaeron Cost: Free
Activity: parkrun Gender: Mixed
Warm Up, parkrun, cool down, coffee.

OTHER ACTIVITIES:

We have a target local race plus attend Llanerchaeron parkrun. Beginners are welcome.
