Following the success of the Run Wales relays at Pembrey Country Park, we’re delighted that North Wales Regional Athletics Council are supporting us to include our registered social running groups as part of their North Wales Relay Championships.
The relay takes place on Saturday 23rd April 2022, starting on the prom in Llandudno.
The first race will start at 11am and will follow a 1km outward route starting along the promenade opposite Venue Cymru to the Cenotaph. Runners will complete laps back and forth of 4km, i.e. 2 x 2km laps, as part of a three-person relay team.
Run Wales registered groups can enter a team of 3 people (aged over 18) and can be mixed ages and gender.
A great opportunity for a fun and friendly event.
Groups can enter as many teams as they like but each team must use your group team with a slight variation per name, e.g. Rhyl Runners A, Rhyl Runners B etc.
Entry is only £15 per team!
