Meet the Team
Meet Elli, the founder of The Running Method! 💛 Elli started running just over a year ago and quickly discovered it was about so much more than the miles. Running has given her confidence, lifelong friendships and a love for challenging herself, and that’s exactly what inspired her to create The Running Method: a welcoming community where everyone feels supported, no matter their pace or experience. She is a qualified Leader in Running Fitness and will soon be starting her Running Coach qualification to continuing to build her knowledge to support runners of all abilities. In the last year Elli has completed six half marathons, numerous 10Ks and a HYROX. When she’s not running, Elli works as a swim teacher and lifeguard trainer, so helping people build confidence and achieve their goals is something she’s always been passionate about. Her favourite race? The London Landmarks Half Marathon, the atmosphere, crowds and iconic sights made it an unforgettable experience. If there’s one thing Elli wants everyone to know, it’s this: you don’t need to be fast, experienced or know anyone before joining. Just turn up, be yourself and enjoy the journey. 💛 |
