The Big Social Runs are a series of free, friendly running ‘events’. Sometimes a run doesn’t have to be about smashing a personal best; it can be a chance to run and catch up with old friends, make some new ones and enjoy yourself.
A free, fun, social run for everyone
Accessible to runners of all abilities, the runs are led by Qualified Run Leaders along a marked route. The runs bring together local social running groups, local run leaders and local runners.
The runs aren’t just about the running either. There’s always the chance to meet friend old and new, meet the leaders and just have fun with like-minded people long after the running has finished.
