Summary of Group:

Just Run Penybont is a community social running group based in Bridgend. We started this group to help people get more active, to give people who are experiencing loss, sadness, stress, anxiety and many other health conditions, the chance to get out, escape the norm and to meet people in a similar situation. Running/walking has huge benefits for health and wellbeing and Just Run Penybont want to give people the opportunity to get out and get active without any barriers such as cost, membership, commitment or pressure to run faster or further.

Day: Thursday Time: 7:30pm Level: Mixed Ability
Location: Bridgend Cost: Free

Free 3K or 5K Social run - All abilities welcome. Meeting in different locations across Bridgend

 

Day: Saturday Time: 1:00pm Level: Beginner
Location: Bridgend Running Track Cost: Free
Name: VI Walk to Run Group Gender: Mixed
A walk to run beginners group for the visually impaired

 

OTHER ACTIVITIES:

At every session we offer a 3K and 5k option. We also run regular beginners courses, track sessions, a walking group, a men's only group and a VI Walk to Run Group.
