Run Wales is here to celebrate and support adults throughout Wales to run, jog and walk their way to a more active lifestyle outside of a traditional club environment. Through the Run Wales programme, we support the development of social running groups and qualified Run Leaders, providing many useful resources that can be used within your group.
We promote participation in all aspects of social running, encouraging people to find and join groups in their local area, find the joy of running, and share their experiences.
There are no fees or charges to become an official Run Wales Group but, to ensure high quality provision, we do insist that all of our groups conform to our minimum criteria. If your group needs a little extra support to meet the criteria, our friendly team are happy to help, so just drop us a message.

How do I register my group with Run Wales?
We can’t wait for you to join our network! To register please follow the simple process below!
- Complete the Registration Form. A member of our team will then review and ask you to complete the Group Information Form, once we’ve checked through your registration details.
- Complete the Group Information Form, and send to: irun@runwales.org.uk along with any photos of your group and your leaders.
- We will then set you up on our Group Finder pages.
