Summary of Group:
We are a social running club that meets every Thursday at 6pm to run a 5km along the beautiful promenade of Colwyn Bay.
Following our run all are welcome to join us for a post run drink in the Black Cloak Taproom, a small independent microbrewery. We are proud that we are an inclusive group that operates with a casual but welcoming attitude, no need to book ahead simply come along and join us. We don't do any drills or performance enhancing training simply run at your own pace and a pace comfortable for you.

| I'm a qualified run leader with experience in all disciplines of running, from 800 metre track work to ultra running. I have ran for over 30 years, with my journey starting on the muddy cross country routes of North Wales. My philosophy to running is to make everyone feel welcome and to support them in their running journey. I believe that running should be fully inclusive for everyone and that everyone should feel safe and welcome. | |||||
