Summary of Group:
Smiles and miles 24 is a running group that welcomes everyone with a smile no matter of your pace, or running abilities. We have groups that run in locations across the area including Porthmadog, Harlech, Criccieth, Blaenau Ffestiniog, Pwllheli, Llanberis and Beddgelert.
We do not have set running days, as they change due to work rotas but are posted on social media for the week ahead.
This group is currently operating without a qualified run leader, but are engaged with the training programme and will soon have appropriately qualified volunteers.

We offer support new runners via the NHS Couch to 5k app in various locations across the area. We also enjoy social activities together!
