We’re really pleased to be able to offer a number of workshops and events to our group members, have a look below for what’s coming up. We’ve got lots more planned for the year so keep an eye out for exciting news ahead!
In April you can:
- Find out how Menopause can affect running, how to support group members, and how to adapt to changes (Monday 4th April)
- Attend a series of workshops from I Think Sport – Whatever the event or distance, this hugely successful Running Psychology Programme will improve your confidence, address any pre-event anxiety and teach you some essential mental skills (every Tuesday evening on April)
- A race with a difference – take part in the North Wales Relay event on 23rd April.
