In a hugely positive step for the Run Wales community, we are excited to have teamed up with local independent running store Sole Mate of Merthyr Tydfil to sell Run Wales merchandise in store and online!
Sole Mate sell a range of sports apparel and shoes. They have a dedicated seating area for runners to chat, share stories and drink coffee. Many might already be familiar with them for their recently established Run Wales registered social running group, running a 5k route every Tuesday at 6pm starting from the shop. The group is led by Sole Mate owner Paul Thomas, a keen runner and advocate for its positive effect on mental health.
