Summary of Group:
Chargers Running Club is a social running club based in Cardiff, Wales.
We welcome runners of all abilities and paces for a variety of free and friendly sessions.
TIMETABLE OF REGULAR ACTIVITIES:
|Our main weekly session, for all abilities. A warm up, 30 minute 'out and back' and a cool down.
|A targeted session for runners looking to develop their skills. Example activities include drills, intervals and hill training.

|A gentle, chatty, longer run from 10k to 10 miles. Please check our Facebook group for details of this weeks' session
We offer a six-week beginners course called 'Chargers Start' periodically throughout the year. Please see our website for the next course. Our regular weekly programme consists of our 'Monday Meeting', our general session for all-abilities, Chargers Skills on Thursday nights, which focuses on drills and other ways to improve your running, and 'Long Run Sunday', an informal, chatty, longer run.
Other occasional activities include a Saturday Social Run on the Taff Trail, 5k or 7k, coffee, and a monthly 'Parkrun Tourism' where we visit a parkrun outside Cardiff. Details of upcoming events can be found on our social media pages.
