Summary of Group:
This group is designed to help and encourage people to start their running journey. All abilities of running are catered for and always regroup if running with mixed abilities. We run in different locations to ensure people can experience different running terrains.
The run occurs on a Monday evening at 6pm and is approximately 5k or an hour.
We also undertake speed sessions and Hill reps - most importantly is the friendly social interaction in the group.
TIMETABLE OF REGULAR ACTIVITIES:
|Running up to 5k with drills, speed and hill reps depending on who attends. The terrains are often off road but route/location will vary if conditions require.
Couch to 5k courses can be held during this session if there is enough interest.
