Summary of Group:
Vale Runners are based in Barry and were voted Run Wales Running Group of the Year 2022. We are recognised for being an all-inclusive, all-abilities, friendly and welcoming running group. We offer a selection of sessions each week led by helpful, knowledgeable and supportive run leaders and coaches who can help you start running or rediscover your love of running.

OTHER ACTIVITIES:
As well as conventional running sessions, we offer specific distance runs, longer runs on weekends, training for hills and speed, as well as chatty runs specifically targeted to groups of women and men to promote good mental health and well-being as well as physical health.
