MEET THE TEAM:
|Sian Harris, Group Leader|
|I discovered Nordic Walking in 2014 after a period of ill-health and was amazed to find how quickly my fitness and both physical and mental health improved with regular Nordic Walking. I became a fully qualified and insured INWA (International Nordic Walking Federation) and British Nordic Walking Instructor in 2016 and founded Valleys Nordic Walking in that year. I have a passion for Nordic Walking at parkrun and have walked over 170 parkruns, volunteered over 100 times, and have completed 10k and half-marathon distance Nordic Walking events. My mission is to spread the Nordic Walking love!|
