Why we run

We've recently been working hard to understand who are runners are and what motivates our Runners. Our first set of results are in and we couldn't wait to share some of the early findings with you.

This information can better help us understand how to engage with the wider running community, encourage more people into running and ensure we cater for everybody in our groups. Its also really exciting to know that so many people run for so many different reasons
