Summary of Group:
Poblado Coffi is a speciality coffee roastery based in the Nantlle valley. The Poblado Plodders was started in 2020 as a way of reconnecting with our neighbours and attract new customers after the Pandemic. But it has progressed to be an incredibly important part of what we do by promoting a sense of wellbeing and fitness, paired with an incredible setting, wonderful company as well as great coffee.
We meet weekly for a gentle 5km plod around the quarry with plenty of breaks and chats with the occasional dip in the lake.
A very warm welcome to everyone of all abilities.
This group is currently operating without a qualified run leader, but are engaged with the training programme and will soon have appropriately qualified volunteers.

| Meet, quick catch up and warm up. Set off around 9:15 on the dirt track leading in to Dorothea quarry, jumping on and off the Slate trail throughout the 5km. We stop for a break every quarter in order for everyone to catch their breath. The route is surprisingly flat considering, but there are two small hills that are fairly challenging.

OTHER ACTIVITIES:
As our group has grown, so has the Whatsapp group, and from that our runners often arrange longer runs on Sundays unofficially. We also try to go on tour occasionally to other stunning locations to cafes that serve Poblado coffi to support their business as well as having a change for ourselves. The best way to keep track is to follow us on Social Media.
